Skyscanner Delayed My Flight Ticket – Still Waiting for Confirmation



I purchased a flight ticket from Tickets.com.tr, and shortly after, I received an email stating:
"Dear Customer, your flight reservation has been made, and the ticketing process is ongoing."
However, my ticket has still not been sent to me, even though the payment was processed. I booked this ticket through Skyscanner, expecting a smooth transaction, but instead, I am left waiting without any confirmation.
I need my ticket immediately. This delay is completely unacceptable, and I expect Tickets.com.tr to send my ticket as soon as possible. If there is an issue, they should at least provide clear communication rather than leaving customers in the dark.
