AirheI Report Ryanair Flight Delay Compensation With AirHelp Still Unresolved After One Year
On September 13, 2024, I flew with Ryanair, and my flight was delayed by approximately 3.5 hours. On September 14, 2024, I submitted a compensation claim to AirHelp. During the application process, I was assigned the claim number 5227538.
Despite almost a year passing since my application, I still have not received any results from AirHelp. Every time I contact them, I get the same response with no real progress updates. I am repeatedly told, “We are waiting for feedback from the airline,” which feels like a standard and automated reply.
I demand that my compensation claim be processed as soon as possible, that a clear explanation be given as to why the process has been delayed for so long, and that a proper resolution be provided without further delay.
