I Report AirHelp Claim Still Pending After 5 Months With No Updates

I submitted a claim to AirHelp 5 months ago, and I still have not received any results. During this entire period, I have not been given any updates or meaningful feedback regarding the status of my case.

The advertisements that AirHelp runs on social media are absolutely misleading. The people shown there are clearly staged and do not reflect the real experience of customers.

I now demand that my case be finalized without any further delay and that I finally receive a clear resolution to my compensation request.
