Teen Patti Dhan Withdrawal Not Received

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with the Teen Patti Dhan Android app related to a withdrawal that has not been received. On 01-05-2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹520 from my app balance to my SBI bank account, but the money has still not been credited to my account. After noticing that the amount was not received, I tried to reach Teen Patti Dhan customer care, but they are not responding in any way and I have not received any explanation about the delay or the status of my withdrawal. I request that my ₹520 withdrawal to my SBI bank account be processed immediately or that the amount be refunded to my Teen Patti Dhan account, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction.
