Skechers Shoes Showed Whitening After 1 Month – Disappointed

On June 15, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers Arch Fit Melo shoes for ₺4,299 from the Istanbul Viaport Skechers store. I also bought the Skechers cleaning product from the same store. However, shortly after cleaning the shoes, noticeable whitening appeared on the left shoe and along the edges of both shoes. On August 17, 2025, I sent the product for inspection and was given the inspection form no. 1-503185. The result stated that there was “no manufacturing defect,” and my request for return or replacement was rejected. It is unacceptable for a product to show such deformation in such a short period of time. From a brand like Skechers, I expected higher quality and customer satisfaction, but this experience has been disappointing. I request a full refund or replacement with a fault-free product.
