Skechers D’Lites Warranty Refusal - Defective Shoe Opened Stitches

On May 19, 2025, I purchased a pair of D’Lites Vintage Vision shoes from the Skechers store in Istanbul Venezia for office use. However, the shoes showed signs of deformation within a short time. I only wore them in a standard office environment and did not subject them to any sports or heavy activity. In August, the right front part developed significant deformation and opened stitches, which gradually caused discomfort and loss of comfort. My invoice number is 1-r-7-12727921. I purchased the product with a two-year warranty and cleaned it using the sponge recommended by the store, without using any other cleaning products. I took extra care to protect the shoes, and there was no user error involved. After noticing the issue, I contacted customer service and requested an inspection. I sent the product for another review, but when I called today, I was told, “We conduct examinations according to our own procedures; unfortunately, we do not perform inspections at the location you mentioned but carry out a general evaluation.” Moreover, the customer representative’s attitude was not solution-oriented, as they said, “You can file a complaint wherever you want.” Despite waiting for three weeks, I have not received any positive response. I believe customer satisfaction has been completely ignored throughout this process. I request that this deformation, which occurred in such a short time despite the two-year warranty, be considered a manufacturing defect and that my refund or product replacement request be fulfilled.
