I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers from Beymen, expecting quality and durability. However, within just three months, a tear appeared on the side of one shoe—something that should never happen with a premium-priced sneaker. I returned the shoes to Beymen for inspection, but they dismissed my complaint, blaming it on user error and sending the shoes back.
I was shocked—how does a sneaker tear from just walking? What would have happened if I had actually used them for sports? Despite their poor response, I continued wearing the shoes, only to discover that the other side tore the same way. I sent them back again, this time requesting that they be inspected by the manufacturer, not just the store. But Beymen refused, claiming their internal team handles inspections. Unsurprisingly, they once again blamed me and returned the defective shoes.
To make matters worse, Skechers won’t inspect the shoes either because I bought them from Beymen. Neither the retailer nor the brand is willing to stand behind their product. After checking online reviews, I found many customers facing the same issue, proving that this is a manufacturing defect rather than isolated cases.
