I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes online in May, and the side of one shoe tore after normal use. When I sent the product for inspection, the claim was rejected, and the shoes were returned without any resolution.
It’s frustrating that Skechers consistently dismisses such issues as "user error," despite this being a common problem with their shoes. How can a user intentionally create a tear on the side of a shoe? This lack of accountability is unacceptable for a brand of this reputation.
I expect Skechers to take customer satisfaction seriously and resolve this issue by either offering a replacement or refunding my purchase. Ignoring genuine complaints like this only erodes trust in the brand.
