Skechers Refused to Replace My Defective Shoes Despite Clear Manufacturing Flaws




Hello, the shoe I bought from Skechers located in Diyarbakır Ceylan AVM has split, torn and collapsed on the left inner sole. There is no deformation on the outer part corresponding to the same area. There is no problem with the right sole of the same shoe. I delivered the product to the store under warranty. It went to the company for control, but the company sent the product back saying there was no manufacturing error. What I understand from this is that two of the 4 shoes I bought from Skechers had problems with the soles. Unfortunately, Skechers compromises on quality in some of its products and prefers lower quality and deformable materials. There is still no problem with the shoes I bought before and used under more difficult conditions. I want Skechers to correct this mistake urgently and either replace my shoes with a new one or replace them with a product voucher so that I can buy another shoe at the current price. I am sending the photo of the inner sole of the shoe as attachment. I will also send photos of the outside and the other sole as support.
Hello, I received a similar response to my email address again. The company persistently refuses to admit that the product was made with low quality. I am still waiting for a solution.
