Skechers Shoes Tore at the Sides and Shrunk After Washing

I bought a pair of Skechers shoes, and they completely fell apart! The sides tore open, and when I washed them (as the label says they are washable), they shrank. Despite the shoes being under warranty, Skechers refused to replace them, claiming there’s no manufacturing defect. At first, they told me to send them back, saying they would help, but after getting my complaint removed, they returned the shoes in the same damaged condition. This is beyond unacceptable! I don’t even believe these shoes are original. If Skechers won’t stand by their warranty, why even offer it? I expect a full refund or a replacement pair. Buyers, beware—this brand does not honor its guarantees!
