I Want My Waplog Account Back Please

I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my Waplog account, which I access through the website. My account was banned just now while I was using the platform, and the only information shown to me was that I had “violated terms.” I had not received any prior warning or notification about any rule violation before this ban. I do not know which specific rule I allegedly violated and I would like this situation to be reviewed. I respectfully request that my Waplog website account be reactivated and that I be given the opportunity to continue using the service in line with the platform rules. I also promise to carefully follow all terms and conditions from now on. I kindly ask that my account be reviewed and reinstated, or that I be provided with a clear explanation of the exact reason for this ban so that I can correct any mistake.
