Trust Wallet USDT Balance Missing From Android App For Days

I use the Trust Wallet app on my Android phone, and for the last 5 days my USDT balance has not been visible in my wallet even though it should be there. This situation makes me very uneasy because I cannot properly track or use my funds. I contacted what was introduced to me as Trust Wallet customer support and explained that my USDT is not showing. They told me that the issue would be resolved within 7 days, but I do not find it acceptable that I cannot see or use my funds for such a long period. I request that my problem be fixed immediately and that my USDT balance be restored and made visible in my wallet without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this problem occurred and what has been done to secure my funds.
