Skechers Boots Tore in 4 Months

I bought a pair of Skechers boots from their official website, expecting durability after paying ₺X,000. Yet, in less than four months, the sides started tearing apart! I sent them in for inspection, only to receive the usual “not a manufacturing defect” excuse. How can a supposedly high-quality product fall apart this fast if not due to poor craftsmanship? This is clearly a defect, yet Skechers refuses to take responsibility. Their so-called customer service is worthless—they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I will never buy Skechers again. I expect a refund or replacement immediately. If Skechers won’t honor their warranty, they should stop pretending to offer one!
