Shein US Took Payment But Order Never Arrived Or Refunded

I placed an order with Shein US on May 5, 2026 for trophies and balloons, and the total amount of $126.34 was taken from my account. The order was supposed to arrive by May 18, 2026, but I did not receive the package and I also did not receive my money back. I contacted Shein US customer service about this issue. They asked me to provide a bank statement as proof of payment, which I sent as requested. After that, I was only told that customer service would contact me, but no one has reached out to me and the situation remains unresolved. I am requesting that Shein US either sends me the goods I ordered or provides a full refund of $126.34 as soon as possible, as I have paid for products that I never received.
