On August 28, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers Hazel-Faye shoes from the Istanbul Piazza AVM store. However, in a very short period, the inner lining started deteriorating, prompting me to send them for inspection.
To my surprise, I received a response stating that no manufacturing defect was found. I find this hard to accept, as I have used the shoes under normal conditions, and they have worn out much faster than expected. For a brand known for quality, it is unacceptable that a product deteriorates this quickly, which strongly suggests a defect in material or workmanship.
I request that Skechers re-evaluate my claim and approve a replacement, repair, or refund. This situation has made me question the reliability of the brand, and I expect a prompt resolution. I urge Skechers to honor their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction!
