On August 29, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers running shoes. Despite using them carefully for just two months, significant wear and tear appeared. The inner lining of the left shoe was visibly deformed, and the right shoe developed a tear. For such an expensive brand, this level of deterioration within two months is unacceptable.
I submitted a refund request and returned the shoes for inspection. However, Skechers responded, claiming, "No manufacturing defects were found in your product." I strongly disagree with this conclusion. A high-quality product should not wear out so quickly under normal use.
I intend to escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and will not accept this unjust decision. Skechers, I urge you to reconsider and resolve this issue promptly.
