I am reaching out regarding a major issue with my Skechers GO Walk Max Walker shoes, which I purchased from your store a while ago. Despite using them carefully and as intended, I have noticed significant sole separation on the sides, starting from the base. Concerned about this defect, I checked your website and saw that such issues should be covered under warranty. However, when I submitted the shoes for warranty evaluation, my claim was unfairly denied.
I find this decision completely unreasonable because I have not subjected the shoes to any misuse or excessive force. The fact that the material is coming apart on its own strongly suggests a quality issue, not user damage. This is deeply disappointing and has severely shaken my trust in the Skechers brand.
Given my loyalty to Skechers, I urge you to re-evaluate my case fairly and offer a proper solution. I expect a prompt response and a resolution that reflects the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Please address this issue and resolve my grievance as soon as possible.
