On September 19, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers boots from Izmir Optimum. In less than six months, the front and sides started splitting open, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price.
I took the boots back to the same store, and they assured me they would send them for inspection. However, after waiting, I was told my claim was denied, blaming the issue on "user error." Not willing to accept this unfair decision, I appealed and sent them for re-evaluation, but still received the same rejection.
I paid ₺6000 for these boots and only got six months of wear. I demand Skechers take responsibility, honor their warranty, and provide a proper resolution—either a refund or replacement!
