About five months ago, I purchased a limited edition Skechers sneaker, which the brand proudly claimed was one of their most durable models. Despite only wearing them occasionally—not daily—the inner sides of the shoe started tearing, and the midsole began collapsing. I was shocked to see this level of deformation in such a short period, especially considering how lightly I used them.
I returned the shoes to the Skechers Viaport store for inspection. In just two days, they handed them back with no solution, claiming there was no manufacturing fault. I find this incredibly disappointing. How can a premium shoe, worn for less than 75 days in total, fall apart and still not be recognized as defective?
I expected Skechers to stand behind their product—especially one marketed as a “special series” with supposed top-tier build quality. But instead, they dismissed my complaint without even a proper explanation.
Skechers, I want a full product replacement. This is not just about money—it’s about trust in your brand. A limited edition model should not fall apart in five months under light use. Either honor your quality claims or stop making them.
