I bought a pair of Skechers shoes about a year ago, and I’ve only worn them occasionally—on special days like holidays, weddings, or formal events. Despite this very limited use, the shoes have already started to tear on the inside lining, causing discomfort and pain when walking. There are also visible tears around the heel and sole area, which is unacceptable for shoes worn only a handful of times.
I submitted them for inspection, thinking the company would stand by its reputation and offer a solution. Unfortunately, I was told there was “no defect” and the issue was dismissed outright. However, the photos clearly show the damage and wear, and I expected better from a brand I’ve trusted and purchased from for years.
This experience has seriously shaken my family’s confidence in Skechers. It's incredibly disappointing that a well-known brand doesn't take ownership of quality issues—especially when customers raise valid concerns. I am requesting a full refund or a replacement for this pair.
Skechers, please take responsibility and fix this issue. This level of customer care does not match your brand’s promises.
