I bought a pair of Skechers shoes in April 2020, expecting long-lasting quality. But before even a full year had passed, the insole completely deformed, and pieces started breaking off inside, causing painful wounds on my feet.
I went to the store and was told to fill out a claim form so the shoes could be inspected. A week later, I received a message saying the issue was due to user error and wouldn't be covered under warranty.
When I went back to pick up the shoes, I asked if I could pay to have the insole replaced, but the store manager told me they don’t offer repairs or part replacements at all.
I’m honestly furious. I paid a premium hoping for quality, but the shoes barely lasted a year. To make things worse, the company acted like it’s none of their concern. Skechers must either offer a replacement or give me the option to repair the product—even if it's at my expense. This level of indifference is unacceptable.
