My Disappointment with Skechers' Stain Remover
I decided to clean a pair of white Skechers sneakers with a stain remover product that I also purchased from Skechers. On the other hand, this caused the shoes' color to change. I bought them exclusively from Zorlu Center, and while they were pitching me, I asked one of the sales associates about a stain remover. They assured me, "No, sir, there won't be any problems like that." It's a product designed specifically for these shoes." Now I'm torn between being angry that I spent 1,800 lira on a pair of shoes that I couldn't wear for even a week and being frustrated that a brand could make such a simple error. I couldn't even wear the shoes for a week because they were too small for my feet.

First of all, I bought shoes from the Skechers brand and after experiencing an issue, I couldn't even enjoy wearing the product for 7 days. The product went for inspection and came back. I had already exchanged the same product at Zorlu Center because it had yellowing even before I wore it. Subsequently, the shoes I got turned yellow without wearing them for 7 days. Moreover, no foam other than Skechers foam was used. Now the product has returned from inspection. They say, "there is no manufacturing defect." Oh sure, I'm the liar, I'm the bad guy, I'm the beggar, I will show the diligence to exchange the same product for yellowing without wearing it at all and then receive this response. Skechers is regret, and after-sales support is extra regret.
