Clash of Clans Purchase Never Appeared in My Account
On May 26 at approximately 3:52 p.m., I purchased a Clash of Clans in-game package that included Gems and the Builder's Hut for approximately $3 using my credit card. Although the payment was successfully charged to my card, the purchased content was never delivered to my game account.
I reported the issue to Supercell Support multiple times by email. Each time, I was asked to provide additional screenshots, transaction records, or other evidence. I submitted every document requested, yet I continued to receive only generic responses, and no meaningful action was taken. The purchased item has still not been credited to my account, and I have not received a refund.
I respectfully request that the purchased in-game content be added to my Clash of Clans account immediately. If that is not possible, I request a full refund of the $3 charged to my credit card. Rather than repeatedly asking for additional screenshots, I ask that this issue finally be resolved with a clear and definitive solution.
