The Quick Tearing Of My Skechers Shoes
Before the end of September, the Skechers sports shoes I acquired in April 2023 developed a considerable opening in the front. We took them to the store, where they claimed it was a 'user error.' The store in question is located in Levent's Ozdilek Park Mall. When we called the number they provided on the sikayetvar (complaints platform), they claimed the shoes had been wet. It's strange to expect an outdoor-worn shoe to be completely dry. Finally, they insist that there is nothing wrong with the shoes. We now feel forced to go to the store and explain the problem to everyone who enters, because we spent a significant amount of money, not to mention some effort, on these shoes. It's not appropriate to sell shoes at this price and pretend there's no problem, especially when they develop such serious issues in just three months. This is not the way to handle client happiness.
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. Skechers Customer Communication Center
Unfortunately, a solution-oriented approach cannot be demonstrated regarding the situation I have communicated to you. Frankly, I am still experiencing disappointment. I will appeal to Consumer Rights and, as much as I can, I will show this situation to customers in front of the store so that at least someone else does not experience this grievance. There is a significant grievance at hand.
