Skechers Shoes Torn Twice in Less Than a Year, Request for Model Change Denied

I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes for nearly a quarter of the minimum wage, but they tore after just 3-4 months of light use—worn only once or twice a week. I took the shoes back to the Özdilek Skechers store where I bought them, and they accepted my request, providing a replacement. However, 8-9 months later, the same issue occurred: the shoes fell apart again. When I returned to the store with the damaged pair, I was told that the wear and tear was due to “user error.”
Given that this was the second time I faced the same issue with this model, I requested a different model, but the company representatives insisted, "There's nothing we can do; you caused the damage." At 37 years old, I’m not playing street soccer with kids; I use my shoes normally. I’ve always used Skechers products, but they consistently have similar durability issues. Skechers shoes are comfortable but far from durable—why should we spend thousands on shoes that only last 3-5 months?
I’ve used other brands like New Balance and Adidas for years without issues, so facing the same problem repeatedly with Skechers is unacceptable. I demand that this product be accepted and exchanged for a different model. If Skechers doesn’t resolve this, I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and share my experience on social media.
