My recent shoe purchase from Skechers at Kocaeli Outlet Mall turned into a nightmare. After trying on the shoes at home, I was shocked to find the back of one shoe partially broken. Naturally, I rushed back to the store, hoping for a simple refund or exchange. Little did I know the ordeal that awaited me. For 15 long days, I anxiously waited for a resolution, only to be met with sheer disappointment. The staff nonchalantly claimed there were no shoes available for less than 1.500 TL and offered no solution whatsoever. It felt like they were brushing off the issue, treating me like a fool. I'm utterly appalled by their lack of responsibility and respect for customers. It's disheartening to see a renowned brand fail so miserably in customer service. Skechers, you've shattered my trust, and I won't stay silent about this atrocious treatment!
