Quotex Closed My Account and Kept My $700 Deposit
My Quotex account registered under the email address u******@gmail.com** has been unfairly closed since June 19, and I have been unable to access my own deposited capital of $700. In the email sent to me, the company stated that my account had been unilaterally deleted, that it was relying on Section 7.12.5 due to an alleged misuse of the system, and that no refund would be issued.
I am a new and inexperienced user on the platform. If the system was triggered because another account had logged in from the same device, this was entirely due to a technical issue and device sharing. I had no intention to commit fraud, cheat, manipulate the platform, or violate the rules in any deliberate way. All of my transactions were made in good faith, and I accepted the market risk on my own behalf.
To prove my identity and the legitimacy of my transactions, I submitted all requested documents in full. I provided a high-resolution selfie clearly showing my face, my official identity document, and a photo of myself holding a handwritten note with “Quotex,” the current date, and my signature. I also shared a screenshot and transaction ID for my 702 USDT deposit made through the TRC-20 network. Despite this, I only received an automated response stating that my account had been deleted, without any detailed explanation or evidence of an individual review.
I traded using my own money and my own $700 capital, and blocking this amount has caused me both financial and emotional hardship. Under your AML/KYC rules and the relevant provisions of your terms of service, I believe that even if an account is closed, the original deposited principal should at least be returned to the same wallet used for the deposit.
For this reason, I request that the decision to close my account be carefully reviewed again in light of the personal documents and evidence I submitted. I ask that my identity be verified as a real user and that, at minimum, my original $700 deposit be refunded to the same cryptocurrency wallet I used when making the deposit. I accept that my account may remain permanently closed, but I do not believe it is fair or professional for my own capital to be fully withheld without a clear and specific explanation.
I request that my complaint be taken seriously, that my documents be reviewed carefully, and that I receive a clear written response explaining how this issue will be resolved.
