I Face Warranty Issue on Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 With Lining Tear After 3 Months

On February 1, 2025, I purchased a pair of beige Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 men’s shoes from the Gaziantep Sankopark Skechers store (Invoice No: 1-r-7-11911248, Form No: 1-503052). I used the shoes regularly, and after about three months, the inner lining started to tear. I returned the product to the store, and after inspection, I was informed that the defect was due to a manufacturing issue and that the shoes were covered under warranty.

However, the store told me that the exact model and color I originally bought were no longer in stock, and that I could only make a new purchase equal to the amount I had originally paid. The problem is, I bought the shoes at a discounted price, and the current prices are significantly higher. When I tried to select a similar pair, the amount I paid wasn’t enough to cover the new price.

I also spoke with customer service over the phone, but they offered the same limited solution. I’m requesting that Skechers provide the same model in a different color or allow an exchange at the current price without penalizing me for buying during a sale. I expect the company to resolve this issue fairly and compensate for the inconvenience.
