I purchased the Skechers GO Run Pure 4 shoes from Skechers’ official online store, and after only about 8 months of use, the toe area and several other parts began to separate and come apart. During the winter season I mostly wore boots, so these shoes were not even in heavy use. I have owned them for about a year, but for the past two months they have been unwearable due to the damage.
Because the official warranty period had just passed, I initially hesitated to send them in. However, I am extremely disappointed that a pair of shoes at this price point could show such serious defects in such a short time. What makes it more frustrating is that the issue occurred only on one shoe, while the other is still intact—suggesting a possible manufacturing defect.
I did submit the shoes for inspection, but Skechers rejected my claim, stating there was no production fault. I do not find this fair or acceptable. I request that Skechers reconsider my case and provide a repair or replacement, as customers deserve products that last longer than a few months.
