Parimatch Blocked My Account For No Reason
My name is Vivek Rai, and I am a user from Darjeeling, India. My Parimatch account has been blocked without any valid reason, and since yesterday, I have not been able to place any bets or withdraw my money. My game account ID is 566885503. There is an amount of 6100 in my account that I cannot access. I have already contacted customer support several times through chat and email, including writing to [email protected], and I also submitted all the required documents they asked for. Despite this, I have not received any proper response or solution, and my account remains blocked. I request that my Perimatch account be unblocked immediately, that I be allowed to fully withdraw the amount of 6100, and that I receive appropriate compensation for the unjustified blocking and lack of response from customer support.
