Popeyes Customer Service Complaint Over Rude Staff and Long Wait
On December 20 at around 6:01 PM, I had an extremely negative experience at the Popeyes location on Kıbrıs Şehitleri Street No:12 in Kordon, İzmir. Even though the restaurant was not crowded, our orders were not taken for a long time, and when we asked about it, we were spoken to in a disrespectful manner. No explanation or solution was provided regarding why we were kept waiting.
When purchasing a kids’ meal, I requested that the charge for ayran be removed from the receipt since it was not available, but this request was refused. I also observed that many customers in the restaurant were waiting without receiving their drinks. Despite paying approximately $6 by credit card, the service quality and staff attitude were completely unacceptable.
I request that this incident be investigated, that appropriate action be taken regarding the staff involved, that I receive a written apology, and that the amount I paid be refunded.
