Beymen Brasserie Rude Staff Ruined My Dining Experience
I am writing this complaint due to an incident I experienced at Beymen Brasserie in Nişantaşı about one to two weeks ago. The attitude of the staff—especially the person stationed at the entrance and the waiters—was extremely rude and lacking basic courtesy. Their tone was dismissive and careless, and I felt completely undervalued as a customer.
Because of this behavior, I had to leave the venue without even being able to sit and enjoy my champagne. The experience ruined my mood entirely and caused deep disappointment. As a customer, my most basic expectation is to be treated with kindness and respect.
Later, I noticed that many other reviews describe similar experiences, which makes me believe this is no longer an isolated incident but a systemic attitude problem. I expect the staff to be urgently warned, properly trained—especially regarding guest reception and communication—and for this disappointment to be addressed in a way that truly reflects Beymen’s brand quality and standards.
