Skechers Failed to Deliver My Mother’s Birthday Shoes After 16 Days of Waiting


On August 21, I purchased a pair of Skechers Track – Leshur shoes (EU 41) on Amazon. By mistake, I shipped the item on August 28 to Olka Spor ’s warehouse using Skechers’ own return code (RMA2875200) via Hepsijet (received by: a** a**).
I realized the mistake on September 1, immediately called Skechers customer service, explained all the details, and requested that my product be returned to me.
Over the next ~5 weeks, I was repeatedly stalled by the company. First I was told “we’ll get back to you,” then I received vague updates like “we couldn’t find the product,” and most recently “we can see in the system that we can deliver,” without any clear plan. At no point was I given a concrete solution, a shipment date, or a tracking number. During this time, my Amazon return window expired, and my personal property—worth ₺4,300—has been wrongfully held by the company.
I demand that Olka Spor immediately ship my Skechers Track – Leshur shoes back to my address, at no cost. Otherwise, I will file with the Consumer Arbitration Committee for a refund of the product’s value with legal interest.
