I’m extremely disappointed with how Skechers handled my defective shoe complaint. Just two months after purchasing my Skechers shoes, I noticed visible splitting in the soles. This wasn’t due to rough use—I wear my shoes responsibly, and I expected better durability from a brand that charges premium prices.
When I submitted the shoes for review, Skechers claimed it was “user error”, which was completely unacceptable. Refusing to accept that, I escalated the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and after careful review, I won the case. The court confirmed that the product was indeed faulty and ruled in my favor for a refund.
But here’s where it gets worse—despite a legally binding decision, I have yet to receive a single ₺ in return. One full month has passed, and Skechers has completely failed to act on the ruling. This shows a clear lack of respect for both consumers and legal authority.
