Initially, I chose to buy the shoes I wanted from your store, but when an issue arose, I was compelled to purchase equivalent shoes of your choosing, with a careless attitude on your part. Where is the customer satisfaction of Skechers company? As a consumer seeking my rights, I do not seek more than what is rightfully mine.
