Skechers Refuses to Honor Consumer Arbitration Committee Decision




Dear Skechers Family,
Despite having a document approved by the Consumer Arbitration Committee, many months have passed, yet I still cannot purchase the shoes I desire. Additionally, I have received no response to my messages. Initially, I chose to buy the shoes I wanted from your store, but when an issue arose, I was compelled to purchase equivalent shoes of your choosing, with a careless attitude on your part. Where is the customer satisfaction of Skechers company? As a consumer seeking my rights, I do not seek more than what is rightfully mine. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to the emails I've sent. This is my final request.
