I’ve owned many shoes and have never seen one tear from the inner sides like this. It’s clearly a defect, yet Skechers refuses to take responsibility. Choosing Skechers over my usual brand has been a huge disappointment. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is shocking for such a reputed brand.
I demand Skechers resolve this issue promptly with a replacement or refund. Ignoring valid complaints will only harm the brand’s reputation further.
