About two months ago, I bought a pair of Skechers UNO Court sneakers from the Boyner Marmara Forum store. In a very short time, I noticed wear and tear on the heel area—but only on one shoe. I took the product back to the same store with all my documents, requesting an inspection under warranty. However, the report stated that the issue was caused by “user error,” and my claim was rejected.
I completely disagree with this conclusion because I only used the shoes for two months, and the damage appeared on just one shoe. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect, not a usage problem.
I am requesting a full refund and a proper resolution of this issue. If my refund is not processed, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
