I ordered the Skechers D’Lites model twice from the brand’s official online store, and both times the products arrived defective. The first pair had poorly glued silicone on the front, along with three noticeable bumps on the surface. The second pair arrived with a missing metal eyelet near the laces. I immediately returned both pairs without using them. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they could only process a refund and that no exchanges were possible because the item was out of stock.
I had purchased these shoes at a discounted price, but now they’re unavailable, and I can’t place a new order at the same rate. I paid around ₺8,000 in total for both orders. Considering that I received defective products twice, I feel disappointed and inconvenienced. I’m requesting not only a full refund but also a discount coupon so I can repurchase the same or a similar model at the original discounted price. After two consecutive defective orders, my trust in the brand has been shaken, and I expect a fair resolution.
