I purchased a pair of Skechers Stamina – Classy Trail shoes directly from the Skechers official website, expecting long-term durability given the brand reputation and the fact that I paid ₺7,000 for them. Unfortunately, the shoes started to deteriorate much earlier than expected. First, the inner lining on the insole tore just a few months after purchase. Then, around the 7th month, the outer side of the shoe—an area that should not normally wear down—developed visible deformation.
I submitted the product for inspection, but Skechers rejected my request by only reviewing photos, claiming it was not a manufacturing defect. This response was extremely disappointing because the damage clearly occurred far too soon for a premium-priced product. At this point, the shoes have become completely unusable before even reaching the one-year mark, leaving me both frustrated and financially burdened.
My order number is 1790916. I am requesting an immediate replacement, refund, or a proper re-inspection of my Skechers Stamina – Classy Trail shoes. I expect Skechers to take responsibility and resolve this issue without delay, as customers should not have to face such poor durability and lack of support after purchase.
