I purchased a pair of Skechers Bobs Bamina shoes about a year ago, paying over ₺3000 with the expectation that I was investing in a quality product. Sadly, they have proven to be anything but durable. Despite wearing them for only about one active month total during the entire year, the shoes are now in terrible shape—with noticeable tearing and deformations that simply should not happen with such limited use.
I already sent the shoes in once for an inspection, hoping Skechers would take accountability. But instead, they returned them with a default rejection claiming “user error.” I challenge anyone to look at the photos I sent and explain how I could have personally caused that level of damage. I couldn’t have ripped them up this badly even if I tried! It’s insulting to be blamed when I clearly took care of them.
I feel extremely let down by a brand I thought I could trust. If I send them in again and receive the same dismissive response, I will publicly escalate the issue. This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable, especially when we’re paying premium prices. Skechers needs to take responsibility and either refund me or replace the shoes immediately.
