Around 9–10 months ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers “Light Weight” shoes from the official Skechers website. After about 7–8 months of use, the inner lining of the shoe tore. Following this issue, I sent the product for inspection three separate times, but each time, I received a negative response, and no action was taken.
I understand that I used the product, but it’s unreasonable to expect a shoe to tear after such a short period of light use. Despite following normal usage conditions, Skechers refused to acknowledge the defect or offer any solution, which has left me very disappointed. To their credit, I was not charged any fee for the inspection process.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting a refund for the defective product to fairly compensate for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction I’ve experienced.
