On June 20, 2025, I bought a pair of Skechers Flex – Glow Bolt (400138N RYMT) shoes from Boyner. Since my size wasn’t available in the stockroom, I was sold the display model with the assurance that I wouldn't face any issues. Unfortunately, that turned out to be far from true.
Shortly after the purchase, the light on one of the shoes stopped working. I had only used the product briefly, yet this malfunction occurred almost immediately. Within about ten days, I returned the shoes to Boyner, and they were sent to Skechers for inspection. The response I received was frustrating — they rejected my request for an exchange or refund, claiming the issue was due to user error.
This is incredibly disappointing, especially for a shoe I paid ₺2800 for and used for such a short time. I believe the issue is clearly related to a manufacturing or design defect, not user misuse. It’s unreasonable for a brand like Skechers to ignore a flaw in such a high-priced children’s product.
I demand a replacement for the defective pair and ask Skechers and Boyner to take accountability for the poor quality. Ignoring loyal customers over such a clear defect is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue and restore my confidence in your service.
