On 16.11.2024, they reviewed the product under error review file code 196989908717 but refused to take responsibility, claiming it was not a manufacturing defect but due to use. The shoes were only used for 2-3 months in dry weather, which raises the question of whether their service life is just six months. Skechers has failed to uphold the brand’s reputation, causing significant dissatisfaction.
