Skechers Refused to Replace My Thermo-Flash 2.0 Shoes After Lights Stopped Working

On 30.05.2024, I purchased Skechers Thermo-Flash 2.0 walking shoes (Black-Red, product code 400099L BKRD, 196989908717). After six months, the lights on the right shoe stopped working, and I requested a replacement or refund from Skechers. On 16.11.2024, they reviewed the product under error review file code 196989908717 but refused to take responsibility, claiming it was not a manufacturing defect but due to use. The shoes were only used for 2-3 months in dry weather, which raises the question of whether their service life is just six months. Skechers has failed to uphold the brand’s reputation, causing significant dissatisfaction. I kindly request Skechers to address this grievance by offering a replacement or refund, ensuring customer satisfaction.
