I purchased the Skechers 124960TK BBK GO Walk Flex model shoes from Boyner’s online store, and from the very first wear I noticed a serious size irregularity. The left shoe was noticeably smaller compared to the right, creating an uncomfortable fit. To be certain, I tested the shoes two or three more times within the first week, and the same issue persisted, confirming that this was not due to my own usage but rather a clear production defect.
My order number is 4155341990. I sent the product back twice through Boyner for inspection, but Skechers refused to acknowledge the manufacturing defect and did not offer any solution. Since this is clearly a size mismatch issue, repairing the shoes is not an option. The product still has 6 months of warranty coverage, and according to Boyner’s policies, unused items can be returned or exchanged.
I am requesting either a full refund or an exchange for a properly manufactured pair of the same model. I expect Skechers and Boyner to take responsibility for this production error and resolve my issue promptly. My consumer rights should be respected, and I want my grievance addressed without further delay.
