On March 17, 2025, I purchased a pair of Skechers light-up shoes for my child, expecting both quality and durability from a globally known brand. Unfortunately, within just three months, the lights completely stopped working—a key feature of the product and the reason we chose this model.
Trying to resolve the issue, I submitted a warranty inspection request twice through the Skechers app. Both times, my request was mysteriously deleted without explanation. I then reached out to customer service, hoping they would step in and help, but they offered no meaningful support or resolution.
This kind of negligence and avoidance is unacceptable for a brand of this size and reputation. These are children’s shoes, and they couldn’t even hold up for a season of regular wear. Even worse, their support process feels like a dead end, making customers feel ignored and dismissed.
Skechers needs to take accountability and provide a proper replacement or repair for a faulty product sold under their name. I won’t be recommending Skechers to anyone unless they make this right immediately.
The light on one side of the children's shoe we bought from Skechers on 17.03.2025 stopped working in less than 6 months, even though it never got wet. We are constantly submitting inspection requests through their website, but they keep getting canceled. Such a lack of customer service is unacceptable, it's definitely a disappointment.
