Two months ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers Safeguard shoes from the Skechers store in Adana M1. I have worn them approximately 15 times total, around three times per week, and already the inner heel area has torn noticeably. This level of damage on shoes that are almost new is completely unacceptable, especially considering the limited and normal use.
Since the shoes are still under warranty, I brought them back to the store and also contacted Skechers customer service. Unfortunately, I was given a negative response and told that my request could not be processed. I find it extremely disappointing that a product from a well-known brand like Skechers would wear out so quickly, and even worse that the company refuses to take responsibility.
My invoice and request numbers are 1-499903. I am requesting a full refund as the shoes clearly show premature material failure that should be covered under warranty. I expect Skechers to resolve this issue promptly and restore my confidence in their brand by providing a proper solution.
