On October 3, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers 13451GRY shoes from the Adana Real M1 Skechers store. Within a short time of use, I noticed several serious defects: both shoes developed openings on the front side seams, the inner heel lining tore, the textile on the upper part of the shoes changed color, and the lace areas started breaking. These issues are unacceptable for shoes that are supposed to be high quality.
I brought the shoes back to the store twice and requested an exchange. Both times they were sent for inspection, and in both cases the request was rejected with the claim that the damage was “user error.” The store offered no support and simply told me to “apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.” However, when I purchased these shoes, I was clearly told they came with a 2-year warranty, and the product is still under warranty. My invoice number is E362024000028102.
I have owned Skechers shoes before and never faced this many problems within less than a year of purchase. A product with this many defects so quickly should not be dismissed as customer fault. I expect Skechers to replace my shoes with a new pair and resolve this issue promptly.
