I purchased a pair of Skechers Arch Fit shoes at the end of November 2024. In just four months, the inner lining started tearing and the material showed clear signs of deformation. I submitted the shoes for inspection, only to receive a report stating that the damage was not manufacturing-related.
That response is unacceptable. It’s obvious that shoes falling apart in such a short time is not due to user error. I used them normally, and yet they failed to hold up—proving a serious quality issue.
It’s incredibly disappointing that a global brand like Skechers handles after-sales service and customer satisfaction this poorly. My trust in the brand has been shaken, and although Skechers has been a go-to for my entire family, I will never shop from them again if this isn’t resolved.
I’m demanding an exchange or a full refund immediately. If not, I will be taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Customers deserve better when they invest in what’s supposed to be a premium product.
