BeautyPlus Charged My Card $24 Despite Free Trial on App Store
Today, on December 12, 2025, I approved the three-day free trial option for the BeautyPlus app through the App Store. Despite accepting only the free trial, $24 USD was charged to my card without any notification or additional consent.
I did not receive any subscription confirmation, no invoice email was sent, and I also do not see a clear subscription record related to this charge within the App Store.
Even though I proceeded based on the promise of a free trial, I do not accept being charged without my consent. I believe this transaction violates user policies, and I consider that I am legally entitled to a full refund. I request that BeautyPlus and the relevant parties investigate this charge and fully refund the $24 USD withdrawn from my card as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would like to clearly state that I am considering initiating legal action.
