About a month ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 shoes from Yalı Spor online (invoice no: Y282025000030193) and later sent them in for warranty inspection. I carefully packed the shoes in their original box and shipped them properly, expecting professional handling. However, after the inspection, the shoes were returned to me in a plastic bag, crushed, and visibly damaged. Not only did this process fail to resolve my issue, but it also left me with a product in worse condition than before.
I paid ₺3.249 for these shoes, which are still under warranty, yet the way they were handled was completely unacceptable. I contacted customer service regarding this problem, but unfortunately, I only received a negative response and no meaningful assistance. A warranty process should protect the customer, not cause additional damage and frustration.
I am requesting that my Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 shoes be replaced immediately due to the damage caused during the inspection process and the lack of proper service response. I expect Skechers and Yalı Spor to take responsibility and resolve this matter without further delay.
